  1. What is the shipping time for my order? Answer: Our shipping time is 5 - 10 working days. Please note that this does not include the 1 - 3 working days we take to process your order.

  2. How can I track my order? Answer: We will send you a tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can use this tracking number to track your order on our website.

  3. Can I cancel my order after it has been placed? Answer: We start processing orders as soon as they are received, so please let us know as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order. If your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it.

  4. What payment methods do you accept? Answer: We accept payment via credit card, PayPal, Klarna, AMEX, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Visa Card, Master Card and Sofort.

  5. What is your return policy? Answer: We offer a 30-day return policy for our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us, and we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

  6. Do you ship internationally? Answer: Yes, we do ship internationally. However, please note that shipping times may be longer for international orders and additional customs fees may apply.
